Lets Meet the Cast and Players

THE CAST:
DM- Eric – always trying to keep the peace and move the story on.

R2-D2- Karl – mouthy verbal player, who cant stay in character and ends up as the sneaky player.

C-3PO- John – not the cleverest of people, takes a while for things to sink in.

LUKE- Luke – whiny young player who names all of his characters after himself, despite protests from everyone else

OBI-WAN- NPC – the DM´s Mary-Sue character, very unpopular

HAN – Jason - dice rolling cheat

CHEWIE – Kevin – always being told to be quiet, to stay in character

LEIA – Jennifer – The DM’s suffering anti-geek girlfriend, only turns up for the odd session, and never seems to get along with Jason.

Lazy So and So

Sorry guys, just stumbled across my own blog wherein I had hoped to script my own version, but 3 years and Ive done nothing except write the odd script update.
I have 1 full script ready to go, but having trouble sourcing the screen caps.
We shall work onwards.

A Couple of LOLCATS to Cheer me Up

Last night's L5R adventure was a bit weak. Its nothing to do with the 2 new players, one last week, one this week, that have joined the game, but rather the rail-roading and paper-chase style of the night's adventure.

We are on the hunt for information from a Kuni Witch-Hunter in Crab lands. Every lord we meet has information which will lead to his whereabouts. When we meet this witch-hunter we find out that he knows nothing, but he knows someone who does, and so the paperchase hunting continues. This carried on for the entire night.

Still to cheer me up I found these 2 cats, one Ive already posted, so tough.

Moving Closer

I have the software to compose the comic strip, as well as the scripts. I have also gotten a fair few images/screencaps from the opening scenes to start.
I am hoping to have the first comic up by the end of December. I am also due to revise the scripts as I found I was using too much material in the early ones, too many jokes and ideas that I can spread out a bit.

Status Quo

No not the embarassingly rubbish rock band, but rather I am collecting screencaps for the series, and beginning to build a basic page layout template. Scripts have been written for the first 5 episodes, and seeing how everyone else is approaching it, I may get more life out of a seconds worth of film.
